Business Lunch

Luna Park turned on the nostalgia as guests made their way through Sideshow Alley and excited school holiday crowds before being ushered into the stunning Crystal Palace for drinks and picture perfect views of Sydney Harbour.

Newly appointed Chair of the Australia Day Council of NSW, Andrew Parker welcomed guests to the event and introduced Deputy Chair, Yvonne Weldon.

Yvonne Welcomed us to Country on behalf of the Metropolitan Local Aboriginal Land Council with a moving and powerful call to action during NAIDOC week.

A full-house warmly welcomed Walkley Award-winning journalist Leigh Sales AM and Premier of NSW, Gladys Berejiklian as they sat down for yet another engaging and thought provoking discussion. Like the atmosphere in the room, the conversation was high energy, authentic and inspiring.

The Premier spoke candidly about her passion for NSW, the Government's commitment to increasing opportunities for all its citizens and her desire to be remembered in years to come for getting things done – not just talking about it.

Guests enjoyed catching up over a sensational lunch with many making the most of the ample time included in the program for networking.

“I certainly do want everybody in this state to feel that no matter what their circumstances, no matter what their background …. they will have the best chance to be their best.”

The Hon Gladys Berejiklian MP - Premier of NSW
